Gentle Chair Yoga Class, coupled with mindfulness and relaxation practice. This class is specially designed for senior people or people with mobility issues. Takes place at amersham Band Hall with plenty of Parking in front.

Cancellation Policy

All Therapy sessions, Therapy workshops ans Classes must be paid in advance and all students/clients agree to a 24 hour cancellation policy when cancelling, re-scheduling sessions, courses or appointments.
